All refunds must be raised two weeks after receiving
the piece, the sender will be responsible for all return costs

    All items must be unworn and in their original packaging
    please leave a note including your order number and reason for return
        Use a preferred courier service or post office, we recommend
        you track your parcel to monitor progress
          Tracked postage is necessary as we do not take responsibility
          for any items lost during transit. In the unfortunate circumstances
          that your parcel goes missing please contact your courtier / carrier
          company in order to make a direct claim
            Please monitor the status of your parcel, if the item is
            still on route kindly wait until it has been received


                Refunds are given 7 days after your item has been
                received and inspected, minus the cost of posting the item to you
                  A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed
                    All refunds are at the discretion of Dainty Edge, items
                    which appear worn or damaged will not be legible for a refund
